We were born a middleware company, back in 1998, enabling businesses to be connected without being constrained. Since then, we are niche providers in this segment, providing services in distributed computing, secure transaction processing, web application servers, enterprise electronic commerce...and today, service-oriented architecture, which is a natural evolution of the middleware concepts.

In the integration space, we executed diverse projects for enterprise clients on:

Process integration which involved workflow modeling, automation and management to support new requirements while reusing old business processes. This kind of integration was achievable through workflow engines and now, through BPEL and web services.

Data integration which involved extraction, synchronization, manipulation and transformation of data from various data sources, residing on disparate platforms to give a unified view of customers, products, orders etc. from different applications. Data mining, data warehousing etc. combined with the strengths of real-time databases are technologies used today to achieve some or all of these functionalities.

Component Integration which involved integration at the level of business logic, transaction management and application services, used distributed computing technologies such as COM/DCOM etc., in the past and today uses discoverable services that can be invoked by means of a registry.

Application/Information Integration which involved connecting disparate applications through messaging, business object transformation and routing, was earlier achieved through message broker based integration tools and is today achievable through the metadata rich, SOAP/XML framework.

As can be seen, the methodology for achieving 'business agility' (which has always been the end goal) has evolved over the years and we have constantly been one-step ahead of this evolution with the help of our R&D team.
