Understanding the project requirements clearly and precisely
Understanding Existing Client System and support requirements Highlighting the risk and mitigation plan associated with Project Interacting with development team at both offshore and onsite Interacting with designers during the project execution Understanding standards and guidelines followed across the team( ETL/DWH) Document Low level design document Coding ETL object (Graphs, Plan, Shell scripts and SQL) Preparing Test data, test plan and test cases as per the requirement Test case executions and validation with source data Familiarization with ETL environment and types of testing used at client place Enhancing his knowledge in the tool used such as Ab Initio 4-5 years experience in ETL development 3-4 years experience in specific tool such as Ab Initio Good knowledge of DWH/ETL concepts and their implementation Good hold on UNIX commands and their use Sound knowledge of UNIX scripting Sound knowledge of SQL Exposure to telecom/banking/insurance domain (telecom preferred) Experience of development and testing life cycle Please apply to: evolve@thbs.com by submitting your CV & stating your current salary & notice period. |
