| Description |
The candidate should have at least 15 to 18 years of work experience in leading and delivering IT services to global customers in the area of Data Warehousing, especially focusing on ETL, using a Global Delivery Model.
Candidate must have experience in leading large IT projects or multiple projects in onsite/offshore environment, and managing projects across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Candidate must have managed a portfolio of projects and taken decisions on costs, budgets, resources and profits across projects. Responsible for the sales turnover and profits of the Business Division. Ensure the completion of projects to appropriate quality standards within time/cost constraints as well as meeting contractual and company budget requirements. Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, and partners; Maintain appropriate levels of involvement in customer issues requiring resolution, including invoices, disputes and other matters requiring intervention by leadership and management. Approve sales promotion and marketing activities, and actively participate in new business development initiatives, wherever required.
